About The Position

Birdeye is looking for a seasoned SDR leader who can build, grow, and develop an India-based (works on US time zone) SDR team of inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR). As a Director, you will report to the CMO and coordinate closely with other SDR managers globally and Sales leadership to coach, support and inspire your reps to reach new heights. We believe leading by example is important, thus we expect previous proven achievement in a similar B2B SaaS sales role.
