About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Director Sales Business Development to lead a team for one of our strategic Cloud Service Provider partners. In this influential role, you’ll guide strategy, strengthen partnerships, and support a dedicated team committed to growing NVIDIA’s presence across the global cloud ecosystem. What you’ll be doing: Develop and lead the sales strategy for hyperscaler and cloud partners to support adoption of NVIDIA platforms across enterprise and AI workloads. Mentor, empower, and grow a high-performing team passionate about long-term customer success and balanced growth. Build and deepen relationships with executives, customers, and partners to identify new opportunities and develop shared value. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and emerging industry trends. Provide thoughtful, reliable forecasts; identify market opportunities; and share insights that advise strategic direction. Represent NVIDIA at industry events and executive discussions, highlighting our leadership in accelerated computing and AI. Cultivate an inclusive culture dedicated to growth that encourages innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 15+ overall years validated experience in technology or cloud sales, with at least 5 years leading teams and running strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success growing business with major cloud or hyperscale partners such as AWS, Microsoft, or Google.
  • Ability to translate sophisticated technology into clear, compelling value for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging engineers, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Collaborative leadership style that motivates teams, develops talent, and supports results in fast‑evolving markets.
  • Experience leading in matrixed environments and driving aligned go‑to‑market initiatives.
