We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Global Account Manager to lead AMD's engagement with Apple. This role will focus on building and expanding the long-term partnership between AMD and Apple—exploring areas of collaboration across data center, AI infrastructure, and advanced silicon technologies. Success requires evolving the relationship beyond transactional engagement into a trusted strategic partnership, fostering joint initiatives that amplify innovation and strengthen AMD's and Apple's global impact.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading global strategic accounts in the technology, OEM, or hyperscale space; direct Apple experience and relationships strongly preferred
  • Strong technical background in data center CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, and enterprise compute solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships that drive strategic alignment and long-term growth
  • Experience managing cross-matrix organizations and global teams
  • Deep understanding of silicon, cloud, and AI ecosystem trends

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead AMD's Apple partnership strategy to expand joint value creation, market influence, and ecosystem impact
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with Apple executives, architecture teams, and procurement leaders to align long-term strategies
  • Collaborate on co-innovation opportunities where AMD technologies can complement Apple's roadmap in AI, high-performance compute, and silicon infrastructure
  • Position AMD as a trusted technology partner through thought leadership, joint initiatives, and innovation alignment
  • Lead and inspire geographically dispersed account teams, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment across AMD's global sales organization
  • Mentor and develop high-performing sales talent to strengthen AMD's bench and succession pipeline
  • Explore opportunities for AMD CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators to support Apple's enterprise, AI, or data center initiatives
  • Influence AMD product development and go-to-market strategies by deeply understanding Apple's compute and ecosystem requirements
  • Provide competitive insights and create differentiated positioning to align AMD technology with Apple's innovation priorities
  • Partner with AMD global business units, engineering, and marketing to deliver joint value to Apple
  • Engage with Apple's broader ecosystem—including channel, cloud, and manufacturing partners—to expand influence and collaboration touchpoints
  • Support joint initiatives in key workload areas such as AI infrastructure, enterprise compute, and advanced packaging
  • Deliver measurable growth in joint initiatives, design wins, and strategic engagements
  • Track and report on KPIs, program ROI, and ecosystem alignment progress
  • Ensure seamless execution of account strategies, from executive vision to tactical delivery
