About The Position
The Director of Sales and Service at Playfly Sports will lead the ticket sales for Miner athletics, managing all aspects of ticket sales and service. This role involves developing strategies for revenue generation, overseeing ticket operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Director will also be responsible for recruiting and training staff, setting sales goals, and maintaining relationships with clients and the athletic department.
