The Director, Sales and Business Development will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth and retain volume coming into Recycling Management Resources (RMR) plants. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of business development representatives in RMR markets, supporting them to achieve ambitions growth targets by providing tools, resources, and training; setting quotas, and allocating resources to ensure revenue targets are met. This is a remote position based in the Central or Eastern time zones; however, proximity to an RMR facility is preferred. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Travel Demands: Anticipated travel is 25-50%.
