Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree & 12 years Experience OR Masters' Degree & 10 Years Experience.
  • Degree in business administration, economics, finance or related fields.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience required.
  • Evidence of team and project leadership and project management.
  • Strong communication/influencing skills and executive presence.
  • Proficiency in secondary data analysis and knowledge of industry data sources.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Masters degree preferred with concentrations in healthcare, general management, analytics, and data sciences.
  • Experience with buy and bill, or therapy areas with products covered by both medical and pharmacy benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and actionable insights and analytics support for Executive Regional Director of Sales.
  • Inform and shape field strategy and provide ongoing regional insights.
  • Determine strategic priorities for regional insights and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Build analytical frameworks and metrics for deep dives with ERDs and RDs.
  • Integrate insights from secondary data and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities.
  • Perform deep dives on specific topics to find root causes and define actionable solutions.
  • Establish knowledge of local market levers and available tools for recommendations.
  • Partner with field leadership to plan and execute key initiatives.
  • Develop presentations for key business challenges with clear storylines and conclusions.
  • Lead development of data-driven insights to inform field force strategy.
  • Evaluate new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Analytics team to use predictive AI/ML techniques.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership.
