About The Position

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. About the Role Dandy is hiring an experienced, data-driven Director of S&OP to own enterprise planning across demand, capacity, capital, and execution. This role is responsible for translating growth ambition into fundable, executable operating plans - ensuring alignment across Operations, Finance, Product, and GTM. This leader will build and scale the company’s S&OP function, establishing the mechanisms, models, and decision frameworks that guide capacity investments, CapEx timing, inventory strategy, and market expansion. The Head of S&OP will provide leadership with clear scenarios, trade-offs, and recommendations rooted in operational reality and financial discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead Dandy’s end-to-end S&OP process across demand, supply, inventory, and capital planning.
