Department/Unit Summary The Director of Case Management oversees departmental operations and resources to meet organizational goals by developing and implementing objectives aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards. This role directs and evaluates key functions—including patient care delivery, information systems, service level standards, and complaint resolution—to ensure quality and performance outcomes are achieved. The director leads staffing efforts such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, and ongoing education, while also managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance through internal and external audits. Additionally, the position fosters professional growth within the team and integrates evidence‑based practices into daily operations and clinical protocols to enhance quality and effectiveness. Requirements

  • Applicants should have a current state RN license
  • Possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree from two years of hire date.
  • BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in specialty area or management.
