From your first day to your next career milestone—your experience matters How you’ll contribute Director is responsible for development/administration of Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Staff Development activities throughout the hospital to ensure that all state, federal, TJC standards for care consistently met. Collects and analyzes data on hospital performance, incidents, and documentation to improve hospital performance and ensure provision of quality care. Works closely with all Department Director’s to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis. Monitors, investigates, and as required, reports all hospital incidents.
