About The Position
The Director, Risk & Compliance at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the firm's professional risk and client data management operations. This inaugural position will lead the establishment of an information governance program, ensuring effective management of new business intake, conflicts, records, and docketing. The Director will work closely with senior leadership, including the COO and General Counsel, to identify and manage risks while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability within the firm.
