About The Position
The Director of Risk Adjustment Data & Analytics is responsible for the overall strategy and direction for analytics involving risk score performance and forecasting trends within the National Risk Adjustment team. This role will be supporting the development of a robust long range forecasting tool, to support Market leaders in understanding the impact of key performance indicators on the overall risk score across Medicare, ACA and Medicaid lines of business. In additional this role will be responsible for building out a new data science function to support predictive and prescriptive analytics and developing robust analytical capabilities and tools that can provide insights to support National and Market leadership decision making. The Director role will lead a team of two managers, and 20 staff.
