About The Position

The Director of Revenue Management at Emory Healthcare is a key leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue cycle across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, health administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Six years of management experience in physician group practice, preferably in multi-site group management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of managing resources across an organization for enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the revenue cycle across the organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders including physicians and clinical departments to ensure effective revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance revenue generation and improve collections.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Drive the integration of revenue cycle functions and apply best practices throughout the organization.
  • Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the development of financial projections and business cases based on revenue cycle data.
  • Mentor and develop revenue cycle staff, establishing performance standards.
  • Address operational challenges and advocate for process improvements.
