Directs the performance of the Revenue Integrity (edits), Charge Master and/or Charge Integrity (Charge Capture). Works in coordination of the Revenue Cycle areas: Coding, Billing, Patient Access, HIM, and Patient Financial Services. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the leadership of clients and Ensemble in the acute care markets. Leads projects associated with Revenue Integrity and utilizes team building concepts to accomplish goals and support the Ensemble Difference Principles. Assist with the development, implementation and adherence to Revenue Integrity and Ensemble Health Partners policies and processes. Development and implementation of reports and scorecards to support the Revenue Integrity analytics to support initiatives. Prepares reports, analysis, presentation and other documents to facilitate education and understanding of revenue cycle activities and performance for both in-house functions and out-sources functions. Leads projects for both Revenue Integrity functions as well as Ensemble Health Partners. Other duties as assigned
