About The Position

This role is remote and requires the candidate to reside within the Providence footprint. As the Director of Revenue Cycle Services and Regional Business Partner (RBP), the individual will be responsible for elevating revenue cycle operations within a dynamic, highly matrixed organization. This involves close collaboration with PSJH leadership and the Revenue Cycle Regional Executive Partner, utilizing cutting-edge technology and data-driven analytics to enhance revenue yield and achieve financial objectives in a designated region. The Director will lead the transformation of revenue cycle operations, implement best practices, and ensure service excellence and quality commitments. Key aspects include forging robust internal partnerships with regional leadership and enterprise shared services (finance, IT, legal, compliance), staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and leveraging expertise in payer contracts to inform strategic decisions. The role also requires embodying PSJH's core values, fostering a collaborative culture, and leading regional growth and expansion efforts while ensuring timely resolution of ministry concerns and providing strategic guidance to meet performance metrics.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
  • 8 years of overall experience
  • at least 6 years in healthcare administration/operations leadership.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles, demonstrating initiative, motivation, and a commitment to upholding the mission of the Sisters of Providence.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of influencing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and identify solutions to business challenges, with detailed knowledge of revenue cycle concepts.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • PC proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications, including MS Project, with knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is preferred
