About The Position

The Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics leads the strategic development and operational oversight of platforms that enable enterprise-wide reporting, advanced analytics, and data services across the national revenue cycle. This role is accountable for the stewardship of production data warehouses and business-critical applications that support revenue cycle operations, with a strong focus on modernizing infrastructure through consolidation and migration to Databricks. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate vendor data delivery, reconciliation, and integration to support performance optimization and decision-making. The Director collaborates closely with KPIT and stakeholders within the Revenue Cycle Analytics team to align data strategy with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics solutions. This leadership position requires a forward-thinking approach to data architecture, a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes, and the ability to translate complex data ecosystems into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years progressive corporate, non-profit, or consulting experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years in data analytics or directly related field.
  • Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the development and/or delivery of tools for electronic data collection; ensures users are trained and supported.

  • Directs data preparation for analytic efforts by establishing data quality and accuracy standards.
  • Approves system improvements to enhance overall quality of data.
  • Champions the resolution of critical issues as appropriate; reviews complex or high-profile data sets.
  • Oversees the execution of creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes across one or more functional areas.
  • Reviews and approves strategic data design and analysis; establishes data analysis strategy that aligns with and advances organizational needs.
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and automation of business and reporting strategies.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to ensure their design, planning, and implementation needs are being met.
  • Ensures compliance with standards and guidelines for data reports, visualizations, and/or interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
  • Shares insights with stakeholders on key findings.
  • Oversees data analysis interpretation by establishing analysis interpretation strategy.
  • Provides support to team on complex data interpretation; approves high-profile findings and their application to contextual settings.
  • Reviews insights, reports, and presentations to ensure a compelling story to stakeholders to enable and influence decision making.
  • Directs and influences strategic data-informed decision making by overseeing team(s) of professionals in the consultation of clients to identify and clarify key business needs.
