About The Position

CSI is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Director, Revenue Accounting to lead our revenue operations in a fast-paced, private equity-backed fintech environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of CSI's revenue processes across a complex portfolio of financial technology products and services. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical accounting expertise, operational mindset, and strong business partnership skills to support scalable growth and investor-grade reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a revenue-focused or technical accounting role
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience applying it to complex revenue arrangements
• Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth company environment
• Strong systems orientation; ERP/revenue tools preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business-partner approach
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic, evolving organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable balancing execution with strategic thinking in a PE-backed setting

Responsibilities

• Lead CSI's revenue operations across a portfolio of fintech and SaaS solutions, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Own technical revenue analyses, including preparation of supporting documentation for complex contracts and multi-element arrangements
• Oversee the monthly close process for revenue, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Partner closely with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and auditors to support contract structuring, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide audit support and ensure internal documentation and reporting are prepared in accordance with investor and audit requirements
• Identify and drive process improvements to support operational efficiency, automation, and scalability
• Contribute to system enhancements and support ERP/revenue system integrations or upgrades
