About The Position
As a dedicated Director, Retirement Income, you will be primarily leading the Retirement Income teams who support USAA members with annuities and other retirement income products. This role will direct multiple teams of Retirement Income Specialists who are responsible for providing appropriate solutions to our members. Analyzes existing workflow and processes by organizing and integrating resources and systems. Implements changes to promote efficient and effective operations. Assists in the developing of programs to maximize effectiveness of member acquisition and relationship efforts. Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
