About The Position

Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Director, Retail Marketing This position will report to the VP of Retail Stores – Savage X Fenty Responsibilities: Lead and execute the brand’s retail marketing strategy across all consumer touchpoints Develop retail marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion at stores Drive improvements in sales conversion, translating to increases in customer acquisition Directly manage and develop the Visual Merchandising Manager, setting clear priorities, coaching on creative and commercial execution, and ensuring in-store visual strategies align with retail marketing objectives, brand standards, and sales performance goals Manage master calendar of marketing activities to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience Ensure that the end-to-end customer experience is consistently on brand and highly engaging Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Acquisition, Social Media, Creative, Planning, Merchandising, Visual, PR and Retail Operations to elevate key selling messages and product launches across all channels Drive implementation and optimization of marketing programs to increase loyalty, retention, overall sales & NPS results. Regularly review promotional activities with planning and operations teams to drive retail sales Partner with mall marketing teams in addition to the retail field on an ongoing basis Oversee development of all floor sets and marketing assets Monitor key performance metrics to determines success and drive go forward optimization Lead strategy and implementation of national and regional marketing plans Devise strategy and tactics to support new store openings Attend field meetings, store walk-through’s, tradeshows and store events as necessary Create and execute highly engaging store activities and events Oversee retail marketing budget to drive ROI Stay abreast of retail competition and adjacent brands

Requirements

  • 7+ years extensive and relevant experience in retail marketing
  • Proven ability to drive traffic and generate sales across brick and mortar footprints
  • Successful track record of driving engaging holistic retail marketing initiatives
  • Proven track record of successfully developing innovative retail marketing initiatives and traffic driving tactics across omni-channel environments
  • Excellence in operating in a fast-moving marketing division and company
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for driving innovative activities
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor and drive team to reach goals
  • A passionate team player with experience interfacing with many teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with consistent attention to details
  • Well-versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms
  • Proven experience devising winning campaigns that drive results
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects without sacrificing quality
  • Travel required approximately 15%
