About The Position
This role focuses on maximizing profitability across adidas' Retail and Franchise Portfolio in South Europe (France, Iberia, Italy, and South East Europe). Key responsibilities include securing real estate, managing investments, negotiating leases, and ensuring financial targets are met. It will optimize store structures by aligning Wholesale, Retail, and Franchise strategies, while maintaining strong landlord relations. The role also supports the implementation of DTC and CTC tools, processes, and ensures efficient CAPEX and store maintenance management.
