About The Position

The Director performs designated duties related to planning, coordinating and delivery of care and other patient care services to ensure optimum patient care to all age groups. Provides leadership, assures clinical as well as instrumentation, competencies, and coordinate activities of supervisors and staff. They are responsible for the safe daily operations, staffing, financial management, planning, marketing and developing policies and procedures for the clinical and operational aspect of hospital departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years clinical supervisory experience in respiratory care including critical care experience.
• 5+ years as a clinical manager (assistant manager) post initial RRT credentialing in an acute care hospital setting.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure (NBRC-RRT).
• Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner licensure (RRT/RCP-State).
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities
