About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Resource Utilization
who will lead efforts to ensure generation, demand response, storage, and other
capacity resources are effectively utilized across the ISO/RTO footprint. This
role will oversee how resources are scheduled, dispatched, accredited, and
evaluated to align with market rules, operational needs, and reliability
standards. Through strong strategic leadership, technical oversight, and
collaboration across teams, the Director will work to optimize resource
performance while supporting the long-term reliability and efficiency of the
power system.
