We are seeking a Director, Reseller Partnerships AMERS to lead and scale our reseller partner ecosystem across North America and Latin America. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, partner performance, and strategic expansion through a network of high-volume resellers. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing end-to-end reseller models, understands the commercial dynamics across AMERS markets, and has a proven track record of growing partner-led revenue while leading and developing high-performing teams. Position Overview: As Director, Reseller Partnerships, you will own the strategy, performance, and growth of our reseller channel across the region. You will work closely with regional partners who manage the full customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives, execution excellence, and scalable growth. You will also lead a small team (4–5 people), providing direction, coaching, and operational rigor to maximize partner impact and revenue outcomes.
