About The Position
The Director of Research Operations at Baptist Health is a leadership role responsible for overseeing sponsored and investigator-initiated research activities across the Baptist Health System. This position requires a blend of clinical and technical expertise to promote collaborative leadership, ensure operational integrity, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance.
