Requirements

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all activities related to research software applications.
• Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and help desk personnel.
• Engage with MCW partners, external vendors, and institutional research leaders to develop new interfaces for research applications.
• Plan and prioritize system enhancements and new features in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance for help desk and training functions supporting research applications.
• Represent the Research Systems unit as a subject matter expert on committees and during consultations.
