Responsible for building the operational infrastructure, reporting systems, cross-functional capabilities that enable a high-performing P&L, sales and account management team across our lines of business. Architect and deliver enterprise-grade dashboards, KPI's, forecasting models, reporting tools and analyses that give visibility into product, sales, and financial performance. Collaborate with Dir., Bus. Transformation - Special Projects and the business to identify and measure ROI for projects, to determine the future course of transformation projects based on those defined metrics, and to prepare information for senior management as actionable recommendations. Partner with product, sales, marketing and finance to design reporting and membership forecasting that aligns to decision-making needs. Ensure that P&L leadership, marketing leadership and sales leadership has the insight that is required to manage the businesses / functional areas effectively.
