Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team responsible for proposing, developing, executing, tracking, and reporting on Programs in support of the Global Renewals Organization. These programs are focused on Preventing & Offsetting Attrition at time of Renewal at scale, and delivering better customer Retention/Growth outcomes. This person will work cross functionally with the wider Sales, Renewals, Product, & Strategy teams to deliver targeted & measurable business outcomes that fuel our overall Renewals Strategy. The role will require business analysis and Salesforce reporting work, as well as the ability to partner and collaborate with team members throughout Salesforce. This role will use data to evaluate business scenarios, plan efficiency initiatives, design processes, and deliver insights. Deliverables include sales strategy, identifying focus areas, program proposals, custom performance analysis, process documentation, reporting, and dashboards to presentation-ready content for senior Salesforce leadership.
