About The Position

Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial and consumer electronics. We serve as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and commercial customers through a global network. We are seeking a Regional Supplier Development Director, IP&E to lead strategy and growth plans for our IP&E portfolio and key strategic suppliers across global regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive business leadership experience
  • Previous management experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in Supplier Management required
  • Strong knowledge and background in the IP&E product portfolio
  • Experience in electronic component distribution is required
  • Demonstrated success in IP&E sales and marketing, preferably across multiple regions
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through optimized sales and strategic marketing plans
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
  • Established relationships within the industry
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using business analytics to drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C-level engagement
  • Ability to travel 30%–50%, depending on monthly and quarterly needs

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to regional Supplier Business Development Managers (SBDMs)
  • Own the execution of regional business and sales plans
  • Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team to align and execute both regional and global goals
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by unifying all Arrow capabilities and resources in partnership with key suppliers
  • Establish and maintain performance review cadences internally and externally (e.g., QBR schedules)
  • Support regional teams in execution and provide escalation assistance as needed
  • Develop and maintain a supplier relationship map; serve as the key point of contact for executive-level relationships
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives around key technologies and vertical segments, aligning regional investments accordingly
  • Manage and resolve escalations from suppliers or internal Arrow stakeholders
  • Foster a thriving work experience for Arrow employees
  • Champion a culture where inclusion and diversity are embedded in every aspect of the business
