Stronghouse Solutions is seeking a Director of Regional Sales Retail who will be responsible for driving sales performance within a specific geographic area by implementing strategies, leading a team of sales representatives and sales managers, and ensuring regional sales targets are met or exceeded. Key duties include setting goals, monitoring performance, managing budgets, hiring and training staff, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key clients. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Sales strategy and execution: Implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and managers to meet performance goals.
  • Goal setting: Set, monitor, and report on regional sales targets, quotas, and budgets.
  • Performance management: Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and optimize sales processes for the region.
  • Hiring and training: Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff.
  • Client relations: Maintain relationships with key accounts and build new business opportunities.
  • Market analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting: Report on sales activities and results to upper management, such as vice presidents and regional presidents.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management.
  • A bachelor's degree, often in marketing, sales, or a related field.
