Requirements

• Strong background in sales leadership within the electrical distribution or contractor space.
• Track record of exceeding growth targets.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive measurable results.
• Deep commitment to understanding contractor needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted strategies to expand Codale’s contractor market share across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build lasting partnerships with contractors and vendors, ensuring Codale remains a trusted and responsive partner in every project.
• Oversee sales operations with a focus on margin performance, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Promote the use of digital tools and CRM systems to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
