Requirements

• Must have been a Sr manager or higher for 2+ Years.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
• Relative Work Experience: 10 Years +.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of revenue from customer and employee referral programs.
• Develop plans and work with internal teams and vendors to improve program(s) performance.
• Ensure system and tools support programs and are streamlined for sales team engagement.
• Champion the programs across the company.
• Oversee national incentive programs to support sales growth.
• Research, design and develop corporate, division and/or region level plans that support the Company's business objectives.
• Work with Sales and Marketing senior leaders to gain alignment on strategies and deliver program growth.
• Leverage data to show value and impacts of programs and incentives.
• Evaluate outside service providers or contractors; provide direction in the development of tailored services; negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Assist with staffing requirements relating to corporate projects.
• Conduct interviews, hire and train new employees for specific project assignments.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
