Director, Real Estate Technology Summary The Director, Real Estate Technology leads the strategy, development, and governance of technology and data solutions that support the Corporate Real Estate function. This role drives innovation, enhances system capabilities, and delivers actionable insights that enable efficient operations, strong data integrity, and strategic decision-making across the real estate portfolio.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technology leadership within real estate systems and applications.
  • Expertise in Operational Technology, Building Management Systems, CMMS, lease administration software, architectural/engineering tools, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills with the ability to assess risk, cause-and-effect, and business impact.
  • Deep understanding of real estate management principles across the portfolio lifecycle.
  • Strong project management capabilities and effective communication skills, including storytelling and data translation.
  • Ability to work at granular levels of process detail while driving strategic outcomes.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
