About The Position

The Director of Real Estate Operations at Kitsap Credit Union is responsible for leading and managing the Real Estate lending operations to support the production of profitable mortgage and home equity loans. This role involves strategic planning, compliance management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to members, all while promoting operational efficiency and interdepartmental cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Manages Real Estate loan operations and administers credit union real estate lending programs.
• Assists with long-term planning and execution of strategic lending goals.
• Implements organizational skills to improve operational workflows.
• Tracks production and monitors the quality and quantity of work to identify improvements.
• Ensures compliance of loan processing disclosures to GSE/RESPA guidelines.
• Delivers prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional service to members.
• Develops and maintains operations procedures for the area of responsibility.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable real estate lending regulations.
• Contributes to financial objectives by preparing periodic updates and reports for management.
