About The Position
Ontra is seeking a Director, R&D Strategic Finance reporting to our Senior Director of Strategy. We're looking for someone excited to drive financial strategy, oversee operations, and lead financial planning within the Research & Development organization. You will be the first person on this team and will be standing up an entirely new function. If you are a financial strategist with experience in R&D financial planning and analysis, capable of crafting robust spending frameworks and driving strategic decisions, we'd love to get to know you!
