This is a highly visible leadership position within the R&D Finance organization with responsibility for the financial management of Neurology early and late development studies across the Company, managing a budget of $0.6B . The successful candidate will be an influential and collaborative finance professional who leads beyond the role and effectively interacts and influences at all levels of the organization. The role will partner extensively with Neurology R&D leadership to provide sound financial advice and strategic decision support, to fully understand the development plans, key study drivers, and operational execution so that cost estimates and study accounting is properly reported. Key responsibilities of this role include leading the Neurology budget and projection process , support for the Portfolio Prioritization process, monthly close activities, P&L and balance sheet analyses, governance support and achieving financial goals.
