Death is our only foe. Blueprint was founded by Bryan Johnson, who has the world’s best comprehensive biomarkers. He is quantitatively the healthiest person on the planet. Blueprint is methodically built on science. Bryan freely shares his protocol, learnings and data with everyone to use. Blueprint has also developed a family of nutritional products to make the benefits of the Blueprint protocol affordable and available to all. We’re a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. We are building laboratory platform for continuous multi-omics monitoring, with the objective of transforming Byran's current protocol into a fully integrated, longitudinal, AI-enabled decision-support system. We will generate high-frequency, multimodal biological data that can be used to quantify the effects of specific interventions and iteratively optimize the protocol over time. Key components include: Daily assessment of inflammatory status, with the aim of measuring the biological impact of incremental changes in diet, supplementation, and lifestyle variables. Daily evaluation of exercise adaptation, including biomarkers related to muscle damage, recovery, and physiological resilience, to optimize training modalities for maximal benefit and minimal maladaptive stress. Measurement of heat shock response following sauna sessions, including heat shock protein expression and activation, to systematically refine exposure time and temperature. Frequent assessment of mitochondrial function and oxidative stress, including ROS-related metrics, to guide interventions such as HBOT, IHHT, and mitochondrial-targeted compounds. Sequencing workflows for regular microbiome profiling and, where technically feasible, quantification of mitochondrial DNA mutation burden over time. Cell sorting and phenotypic analysis of circulating immune cells, including viability, subset composition, metabolic state, mitochondrial activity, and oxidative stress-related parameters. The broader goal is to build a closed-loop experimental framework for human health optimization: one that continuously measures biological responses, integrates data across molecular and cellular layers, and uses AI to support longitudinal inference, protocol refinement, and individualized intervention steering.
