About The Position
The Director of Quality at LewisGale Medical Center is responsible for overseeing the hospital-wide Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement Program. This role involves designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of safety and performance excellence.
