About The Position
The Director of Quality Assurance at Hims & Hers is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining the site Quality systems and leading the Quality Assurance & Control systems. This role ensures that the organization's compounded products meet quality, integrity, and efficacy standards, while fostering a culture of Quality by Design and Continuous Improvement. The Director will collaborate with Operations leadership and manage the Quality department, including budget oversight and personnel development.
