Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience at a senior leadership level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and people management skills required.
• Ability to set strategy and prioritize tasks.
• Strong partnering skills, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual in both Spanish & English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives: drive continuous improvement while reducing defects, returns, scrap, and rework
• Oversee production: including Custom Shop, SMU processes and cutting/fitting teams
• Establish and maintain: insole, set-up, and lasting production standards and performance
• Owning Key KPI’s: including safety, on time productivity, cost per pair delivery, and waste reduction
• Develop cross training programs: build workforce flexibility across manufacturing areas
• Collaborate cross functionally: with internal partners and external resources to support operations goals
