About The Position
The Director of Quality Engineering will lead the quality engineering competency within our organization. This role is pivotal in standardizing our approach to testing, automation, test data management, and governance. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all software development projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement in our engineering practices. This role will also involve strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate quality engineering practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle. The Director will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the Director will lead and manage the quality engineering team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
