About The Position
The Director of Quality Assurance for H-E-B Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring food safety and quality programs that cover 14 manufacturing facilities located in San Antonio, Houston, and Corpus Christi, Texas. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Quality Assurance for H-E-B and will be responsible to assist the Chief Supply Chain Officer in leading the Manufacturing Quality Assurance organization to continuously improve our quality standards and programs which assure our manufactured products meet customers' and H-E-B's expectations to make Own Brand the most compelling and distinctive brand. Manufacturing QA provides Division support in four critical areas: Food and Product Safety, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Training and Education of Division Partners and Leadership Teams, and Leadership of Key Division Initiatives.
