  • Lead and develop a high-performing quality assurance team.
  • Define and implement the overall QA strategy and vision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of QA initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on QA progress, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and processes.

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in automation testing.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • 4+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
  • 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • 1+ years of Fiserv systems experience.
  • Experience with automated testing tools.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
  • Familiarity with security testing practices.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Certification in software testing methodologies.
