Assists with monitoring regulatory compliance and ensuring quality of all programming in'the Children· and Family Division, which includes the entities doing business as Children's Horne of Reading, Edison Court, Affinity Services and others as assigned. The Director of Quality and Compliance will interface with regulatory and licensing agencies to procure and maintain licensure through implementation of policies to ensure safety, quality, and program integrity. The Director performs a variety of complex administrative services involving data review and analysis, policy development and implementation, HIPAA compliance, risk management, licensure, accreditation, and other related duties. Provides administrative support to agency leadership in the areas of PQI and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
