About The Position
The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance across Adult and Children's Clinical Services (ACCS) Department including compliance with laws and internal Procedures & Practices, Contract adherence and fidelity, consumer/family relationships, completion of the CQI process. It warrants delivery of high quality of services.
