The Director, Purchasing is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality and efficiency in procurement of materials and labor for residential home construction. This role oversees vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of a high-quality product that is in alignment with the company's core values. Additionally, as a member of the management team, the Director, Purchasing is trusted to foster a positive culture, be a collaborative team player that drives success and strengthens the team, and maintain accountability and consistent follow-through.
