About The Position

In this role you will cultivate and manage supply-side relationships with media owners, operators and streamers. The role is responsible for driving growth and adoption for Universal Ads' sell side. This role focuses on creating and executing partner/supply strategies, shaping our message, and working with different teams to set priorities and plans. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of media strategy and programmatic advertising, specifically in TV, CTV and streaming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Deep understanding of media strategy and programmatic advertising, specifically in TV, CTV and streaming.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a unified supply strategy that integrates our core capabilities.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results, turning strategic vision into action with a focus on efficiency and beating deadlines.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply strategy with overall business goals and long-range plan.
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing business.
  • Distill complex narratives into simple, actionable opportunities.
  • Elevate Universal Ads visibility through thought leadership and industry relationships with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Publishers, MVPDs, OEMs.
  • Oversee the development and execution of partnership strategies to maximize growth from content distributors including Publishers, MPVDs and OEMs.
  • Monitor and analyze partnerships performance, providing actionable insights to drive execution and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and promote new opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, addressing escalations and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement rigor and best practices to ensure efficient and effective supply operations.
  • Oversee the integration and utilization of data and technology to enhance supply activation and campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of transparency, trust and integrity with clients and partners.
