About The Position

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Kansas Residential operations, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or related field.
  • MANDT Shield and Pad Program
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential care
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a physical examination, drug screen, TB skin test
  • Must pass an MVR, KBI, and Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance
  • FBI Fingerprint check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Lifting requirements of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Vice President and other leaders to establish annual priorities and objectives for the programs under their oversight.
  • Oversees budgeting and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Provides oversight, supervision, and leadership development for all direct reports.
  • Monitors and assesses program performance using data-driven evaluation methods.
  • Set objectives, performance metrics and procedures that lead to achieving program goals.
  • Enforces risk management strategies to maintain client and staff safety
  • Provides leadership during crisis situations, ensuring proper protocols are followed
  • Member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Ensures compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements including licensing and accreditation
  • Reports critical incidents to oversight agencies according to policy.
  • Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
  • Develops, implements, and ensures compliance with Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required.
  • Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies, and procedures related accreditation.
  • and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
  • Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
  • Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
  • Coaches and develop teams to ensure they deliver against key program metrics.
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the program.
  • Works autonomously while ensuring the Vice Presidents expectations are readily met and exceeded.
  • Represents the organization with outside partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance on an organizational, state, and federal level.
  • Oversees staffing level management for programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed to meet the needs of the program.
