The Director of Proposal Pricing will lead and manage the pricing and cost strategy for proposals across all business sectors, ensuring that bids are competitive, compliant, and profitable. This role involves overseeing the preparation of cost models, working closely with proposal managers, Business Development teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with business goals, and ensuring that proposals meet customers’ needs and contractual requirements. Must have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, pricing methodologies, cost accounting standards, and the specific needs of government contracts, all while maintaining a focus on driving profitable growth for the company.
