About The Position
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced Director of Proposal Management to lead our proposal development function. This individual will oversee the full proposal lifecycle — from capture planning through submission — ensuring high-quality, compelling, and compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement in proposal strategy and execution.
