About The Position

Property Name: Corporate Key Responsibilities Operations & Sales Performance Drive leasing, traffic, and resident retention through coaching, training, and performance monitoring. Analyze sales, prospect, and market data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with onsite teams to execute marketing, advertising, and resident retention strategies. Ensure model units, amenities, curb appeal, and online presence meet brand standards. Resident Experience Handle escalated resident concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution. Support resident events, engagement programs, and service excellence initiatives. Promote a customer-first culture focused on retention and satisfaction. Financial Oversight Partner with Operations and Asset Management to manage budgets, NOI performance, and expenses. Review P&Ls, general ledger activity, and monthly financials with onsite teams. Monitor spending, approve expenses within authority, and communicate variances. Support capital planning, bid collection, and approvals. Administration & Compliance Oversee accuracy of reporting, renewals, delinquency, deposits, invoicing, and lease documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, fair housing, and operational standards. Participate in audits, inspections, lender/investor tours, and due diligence activities. Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and manage onsite teams. Address performance issues, conduct corrective action, and support team development. Foster company culture and core values across the portfolio. Maintenance & Physical Assets Monitor service request performance, unit turns, and preventive maintenance. Inspect properties regularly to ensure safety, cleanliness, and asset integrity. Identify repair needs, manage bids, and coordinate with Operations and Asset Management. Address safety issues and property risks promptly. Physical Demands Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments. Ability to walk several acres to tour community. Some lifting; up to 25lbs. Travel is expected at 10-20%.
