About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. You will join a technically rigorous organization with a culture grounded in operational excellence, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement, where infrastructure reliability, safety, and execution quality are foundational to delivering cloud services worldwide. Role Overview As Director, Property Management, you hold end-to-end accountability for OCI’s owned and leased real estate portfolio supporting mission-critical operations. This role owns asset performance, compliance, cost control, and long-term value—not day-to-day facilities engineering.

Requirements

  • Senior experience managing complex property or asset portfolios in regulated or uptime critical environments.
  • Strong background in real estate financials, lease strategy, vendor negotiations, and compliance oversight.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts.
  • Able to balance asset performance, tenant needs, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all campus-level vendor strategy, lease administration, operating budgets, and vendor contract negotiation.
  • Lead capital planning, facility improvement programs, and real-estate-driven compliance initiatives.
  • Direct risk management, site-level incident coordination (property scope), and business continuity planning.
  • Develop and mentor campus-level property teams; represent OCI in enterprise real estate and industry forums.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
